回转式空气预热器(空预器)是电站锅炉系统中的重要辅机之一,柔性密封是克服该设备高漏风率缺陷的主要手段。柔性密封片引起的功率损耗(摩擦功率)是评价柔性密封改造工程可行性的重要条件,但目前的估算缺乏理论依据,大多只凭经验进行,这无疑增加了设备运行的风险和不确定性。从应用力学角度出发,分析了柔性密封片的运行及受力情况,推导出3个不同方向的柔性密封片摩擦功率计算公式,最后考虑结构大变形和材料非线性,通过有限元软件ANSYS给出了摩擦功率的典型算例,为电站锅炉回转式空气预热器柔性密封改造及新型柔性密封片的研发提供参考。
Rotary air preheater (air preheater) is one of the important auxiliary engines in power station boiler system. Flexible sealing is the main means to overcome the high air leakage rate defect of the equipment. The power loss (frictional power) caused by the flexible sealing sheet is an important condition for evaluating the feasibility of the flexible sealing reform project. However, the current estimation lacks theoretical basis and is mostly based on experience. This undoubtedly increases the risk and uncertainty of equipment operation. From the point of view of applied mechanics, the operation and force of the flexible sealing plate are analyzed. The formulas for calculating the frictional power of the flexible sealing plate in three different directions are deduced. Finally, the large deformation and the material nonlinearity are considered. The finite element software ANSYS is given A typical example of frictional power is provided for reference for the flexible sealing reforming of the rotary air preheater and the research and development of a new type of flexible sealing plate for the power station boiler.
