笔者就新时期护理安全管理面临挑战提出 ,强化护士法律意识迫在眉睫 ,加强法律、法规的学习教育 ,使护士学会用法律来保护自己的合法权益 ,同时要充分认识到护理行为与病人生命健康息息相关 ,工作中以规章制度法律法规约束自己的言行 ,履行护士职责不断提高护理工作质量和自身素质 ,加强对护理工作潜在不安全因素的管理力度 ,减少或杜绝因护理行为不当而引发医疗纠纷。为维护医患双方的合法权益 ,应逐步建立健全相应的保护性医疗安全措施
The author puts forward the challenge of nursing safety management in the new era. It is urgent to strengthen the legal consciousness of nurses, strengthen the study and education of laws and regulations, make nurses use the law to protect their legal rights, and fully understand that nursing behavior is closely related to the health of patients. In the work, the rules and regulations of the laws and regulations govern their words and deeds, perform nurse duties, continuously improve the quality of nursing work and their own quality, strengthen the management of potential unsafe factors in nursing work, and reduce or eliminate medical disputes caused by improper care behavior. In order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of doctors and patients, it is necessary to gradually establish and improve corresponding protective medical safety measures.
