1 概述我公司余热锅炉型号为:QC122.8/950-33.3-3.82/450,主要设计技术参数为:烟气流量为122.8×103~Nm~3/h,CO炉出口温度为950℃,额定蒸发量为33.3t/h(自产蒸汽),额定蒸汽温度为450℃,额定蒸汽压力为3.82MPa。该炉主要回收催化一、二再烟气的物理显热及一再不完全再生所含的CO,同时投入瓦斯提高炉膛温度,其结构见图1。
1 Overview Our waste heat boiler model: QC122.8 / 950-33.3-3.82 / 450, the main design parameters: flue gas flow of 122.8 × 103 ~ Nm ~ 3 / h, CO furnace outlet temperature of 950 ℃, rated Evaporation of 33.3t / h (self-produced steam), the rated steam temperature of 450 ℃, the rated steam pressure of 3.82MPa. The furnace mainly recuperates the physical sensible heat of the catalytic first and second re-flue gas and the CO which is not completely regenerated again and at the same time inputs the gas to raise the temperature of the furnace, and the structure thereof is shown in FIG. 1.
