目的:通过观察ITP模型小鼠骨髓细胞白介素-3(IL-3)、血小板生成素(TPO)含量的变化,探讨IL-3、TPO含量变化与免疫性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)发病之间的内在联系。方法:采用酶联免疫方法检测ITP模型小鼠骨髓细胞IL-3、TPO含量变化。结果:模型组小鼠骨髓细胞IL-3明显降低、TPO含量明显升高,均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:调节巨核细胞的正性作用因IL-3与正性作用因子TPO参与了ITP的发病过程并发挥重要作用,紫癜颗粒通过调控骨髓细胞IL-3、TPO的含量变化而达到有效治疗ITP的目的。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the changes of interleukin-3 (IL-3) and thrombopoietin (TPO) levels in bone marrow cells from mice with ITP and to explore the relationship between IL-3, TPO and immune thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) The inner link. Methods: The levels of IL-3 and TPO in bone marrow cells of ITP mice were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results: The level of IL-3 in bone marrow cells of model group was significantly decreased and TPO content was significantly increased (all P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The positive effects of megakaryocyte regulation by IL-3 and positive-acting factor TPO play an important role in the pathogenesis of ITP. Purpura granules can effectively treat ITP by regulating the content of IL-3 and TPO in bone marrow cells purpose.
