Employing units in recruiting staff, in addition to academic qualifications, age, gender, there are specific provisions, but also on the applicant’s work experience made the appropriate requirements. When I was just graduating, I was disdainful of this, and my work experience was not the practical knowledge gained in my work. The boring, cumbersome and complex theoretical knowledge in the textbooks never stopped me, and the so-called practical knowledge would be harder to grasp But an ordinary interview changed my opinion. May 2000, I went to a well-known consulting firm candidates, from the recruitment of information I learned that the company’s main business is for the city and other businesses contact the agents and distributors, and provide office search, company registration, Office services and business affairs agency and other services. The joint venture for the recruitment of business professionals for the community, the actual work experience of the applicant did not make specific provisions, I studied in the University of business management, conditions and the company’s requirements, it successfully passed the first test, the next I am also very confident interview.
