目的掌握洛阳市涧西区重点人群的碘营养状况,为防治碘缺乏病提供科学依据。方法根据《全国碘缺乏病监测方案》采样监测,采用WS/T107-2006砷铈催化分光光度测定法检测尿碘浓度。结果 0岁~2岁婴幼儿尿碘中位数为237.1μg/L,8岁~10岁儿童尿碘中位数为261.4μg/L,孕妇尿碘中位数为124.9μg/L,哺乳期妇女尿碘中位数为147.3μg/L,育龄妇女尿碘中位数为161.7μg/L,孕妇尿碘中位数偏低。结论婴幼儿儿童及育龄妇女的碘营养水平适宜,孕妇及哺乳期妇女的碘营养水平偏低。建议孕妇及哺乳期妇女通过合理膳食,科学补碘;同时有关部门要加强对该人群的尿碘水平监测工作。
Objective To understand the iodine nutrition status of Jianxi District, Luoyang City, and to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders. Methods According to the National Monitoring Program for Iodine Deficiency Disorders, the concentration of urinary iodine was determined by arsenic and cerium catalytic spectrophotometry of WS / T107-2006. Results The median urinary iodine of children aged 0-2 years old was 237.1 μg / L, the median urinary iodine of children aged 8-10 years old was 261.4 μg / L, the median urinary iodine of pregnant women was 124.9 μg / L, The urinary iodine median of women was 147.3μg / L, the median urinary iodine of reproductive age women was 161.7μg / L, and the median urinary iodine of pregnant women was low. Conclusion The iodine nutrition of infants, children and women of childbearing age is suitable, and the iodine nutrition of pregnant women and lactating women is low. Recommendations pregnant women and lactating women through reasonable diet, scientific iodine; the same time relevant departments should strengthen the monitoring of urinary iodine levels in the population.
