目的 :为研究芸香科各亚科及属之间的亲缘关系及化学分类基础。方法 :对药用植物飞龙掌血 (Toddaliaasiatica)愈伤组织进行诱导生长和继代培养 ,收获培养 7周的组织块 ,甲醇和乙酸乙酯提取物通过多次硅胶柱层析和 Sephadex L H- 2 0凝胶柱层析等方法进行生物碱等化学成分的分离与结构鉴定。结果 :为采用药用植物飞龙掌血愈伤组织细胞培养的方法制备喹啉呋喃类药用生物碱提供依据
Purpose : To study the genetic relationship and chemical classification basis of various subfamilies and genera of Rutaceae. METHODS: Toddalia asiatica callus was induced to grow and subculture. The tissue blocks cultured for 7 weeks were harvested. The methanol and ethyl acetate extracts were subjected to repeated silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex L H-. Separation and structure identification of alkaloids and other chemical components were performed by means of 20 column chromatography. Result : To provide the basis for the preparation of quinoline furan medicinal alkaloids by using the method of cultivating the medicinal plant Feilong palm callus cells
