知识女性 ,顾名思义 ,是指具有较高知识水平的女性群体。由于特殊的知识背景 ,知识女性往往希望自己所学所掌握的知识技能在实践中得以运用和发挥 ,她们更需要在社会中体现自身的价值。但同时 ,由于受到传统观念和社会大环境的影响 ,知识女性也不可避免地表现出依赖性和对家庭的依恋。在两种心理作用下 ,知识女性所扮演的社会角色表现出多样性与矛盾性。本文在综述有关文献的基础上 ,采取问卷调查与访谈相结合的方法 ,结合具有典型意义的个案 ,探讨了知识女性对社会角色的选择标准以及适应不同社会角色所应具备的素质 Knowledge women, as the name suggests, refers to the female population with a high level of knowledge. Under the two kinds of psychological effects, the social roles played by intellectual women show diversity and contradiction. Based on the review of the relevant literature, this paper, based on a combination of questionnaires and interviews, combined with typical cases, explores the selection criteria of knowledge women for social roles and the qualities they should meet in different social roles
