某变电所建于黄土状盐渍土场地,投产之后即有所内道路、地坪出现裂缝、沉陷等现象,在经过多雨夏季和严寒冬季的一年运行之后,地基变形进一步加剧,一些构架、设备基础倾陷,以至陆续产生了上部设备事故,直接影响安全运行。经过全面开剖检测,发现绝大多数地基变形系由湿陷、溶陷、冻胀、灰胀、盐胀等共同作用所造成,产生这些问题的直接原因,系施工单位未认真按设计图纸施工以及基坑回填土质量严重不合格,而相关的设计方和监管方也有值得反省的地方。
