对黄铜矿精矿进行酸性热压氧化提铜工艺研究 ,探讨了初始酸浓度、浸出温度、浸出时间等工艺参数对铜浸出率的影响。结果表明 :最佳浸出温度为 110~ 115℃ ;初始酸度和NaCl浓度增加、氧分压提高、反应时间延长可以提高Cu的浸出率。当氧气分压 0 .45MPa ,浸出温度 110℃ ,浸出时间 4h ,NaCl初始浓度为 40g L ,H2 SO4初始浓度为 110g L ,液固比 5∶1,搅拌速度 75 0r min时 ,Cu的浸出率可达 98%。在液固比为 4∶1,氰化钠用量为 2kg t ,氰化时间 2 4h ,振荡氰化条件下 ,金的浸出率为 85 %。
The study on copper extraction from chalcopyrite by acid hot-pressing was carried out. The effects of initial acid concentration, leaching temperature and leaching time on the leaching rate of copper were discussed. The results showed that the optimum leaching temperature was 110-115 ℃. The initial acidity and NaCl concentration increased, the partial pressure of oxygen increased, and the leaching rate of Cu could be increased by prolonging the reaction time. When the partial pressure of oxygen is 0.45MPa, the leaching temperature is 110 ℃, the leaching time is 4h, the initial concentration of NaCl is 40g L, the initial concentration of H2SO4 is 110g L, the ratio of liquid to solid is 5:1 and the stirring speed is 75 0r min, the leaching rate of Cu Up to 98%. In the liquid to solid ratio of 4: 1, sodium cyanide dosage of 2kg t, cyanidation time 24h, cyanidation conditions, the gold leaching rate of 85%.
