近年来,国际油价持续上涨,世界范围内普遍存在石油危机的困扰。我国是世界第二大能源消费国和第三大石油进口国,石油危机必定会对我国的能源安全以及石油安全造成较大的影响。在此背景下,研究世界石油危机背景下我国的能源安全有一定的现实意义。以此为切入点,文章通过分析国内外石油供求及波动趋势,对我国石油安全进行研究。结果表明,现阶段我国的能源安全受到了一定威胁,但仍能维持;但如果进口保持现有趋势,我国在不久的将来保障石油安全将面临巨大挑战。
In recent years, the international oil prices continued to rise, causing widespread oil crisis in the world. As China is the second largest consumer of energy and the third largest oil importer in the world, the oil crisis will certainly have a great impact on China’s energy security and oil security. Against this background, it is of practical significance to study China’s energy security in the context of the world oil crisis. Taking this as an entry point, the article studies the petroleum security in our country by analyzing the domestic and international petroleum supply and demand and the trend of fluctuation. The results show that China’s energy security has been threatened at present, but it can still be maintained. However, if the current trend of imports remains, China will face enormous challenges in ensuring oil security in the near future.
