56名45~60岁知识分子(52.2±4.9岁,男29名、女27名)接受了自行车功率计通气阈测定,男子每分钟递增15W,女子每分钟递增10W,持续增加负荷,直至强度达自身年龄预测最大心率的85%。结果表明,本文中男性(n=28)和女性(n=22)VO_2-T(vent)分别为1.12±0.231/min和0.85±0.191/min;Mets-T(vent)分别为4.7±0.74mets和4.24±0.8mets;P-T(vent)分别为75±20.31W和45 18.19W;P/kg-T(vent)分别为1.11±0.27W和0.75±0.29w;男、女性之间各数值均有显著性差异。提示采用适当的负荷强度和程序、通气阈测定可以成功地应用于康复体疗心肺机能测定。
