3.从生产部门开始遍及到开发、经营、管理等所有部门。 如果说定义第2项是从物的方面叙述达到TPM目标的手段和方法,那末,第3—5项是从人的方面进行叙述。 首先,在定义的第3项,基于TPM以生产部门为对象发展到已在全工厂推广这一事实,决定了“遍及到所有部门”这一提法。现对为什么一定要使“生产部门的TPM”发展到“全工厂的TPM”,再说一下。 如上所述,为了追求生产系统的最高效率,只限于生产部门是不充分的,明确了必须遍及到开发、经营、管理等所有部门而在全工厂开展TPM的必要性(参见图1)。
