碘氟法测铜简易、快速、成本低、比较准确。但由于长期大量使用氟化物,污染环境,危害人民身体健康。一些生产科研单位对此进行了许多探索,提出用磷酸盐、焦磷酸盐等代替氟化物掩蔽铁。我们从文献[1]以 Zn-EDTA 盐掩蔽铁后用光度法测铝的研究中得到启示。根据 Fe(Ⅲ)、Cu(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ)与 EDTA 形成络合物的稳定常数的差异,和酸效应系数计算,有可能控制 pH~1,以一定量 Zn-EDTA 掩蔽Fe(Ⅲ)而 Cu(Ⅱ)不被掩蔽,然后调节 pH 在3.5左右,用碘量法测铜。下面就是用上述理论联系实际问题的探讨。
