目前国内化工界对欧盟《未来化学品政策战略》表示出极大关注 ,如果该政策通过并实施 ,将对世界化学工业产生严重影响 ,并很可能改变现有化学工业的格局 ,打击下游产业。欧洲化学工业以及美国、日本、澳大利亚等国家和地区 ,尤其是工业发达国家都对欧盟的新化学品政策提出强烈的批评 ;但发展中国家 ,包括中国都迟迟没有采取相应的行动。实际上 ,欧盟新化学品政策通过后 ,不仅对发达国家 ,对发展中国家也会造成伤害。目前 ,欧盟《未来化学品政策战略》征求意见的截止期已过 ,共有 4 0 0 0多条由个人、公司、贸易组织、各国政府提出的意见被公布在欧盟http ://europa eu int网站上 ,本编辑部对此进行了筛选 ,将有代表性的意见编辑成文 ,供大家参考。
At present, the chemical industry in China has expressed great concern about the EU’s “Future Chemicals Policy Strategy.” If the policy is adopted and implemented, it will have a serious impact on the world chemical industry and is likely to change the pattern of the existing chemical industry and crack down on downstream industries. The European chemical industry and the United States, Japan, Australia and other countries and regions, especially industrialized countries, have all strongly criticized the EU’s new chemical policy.
