房地产公司作为一种资金密集型企业,一般来说在运作过程中对资金链的要求较高,完善科学合理的资本结构对房地产企业的长期持续健康发展有积极的正面影响。我国房地产企业进行融资的操作一般是负债,其中尤以短期负债最为常见。本文将在研究我国房地产上市公司资本结构发展现状的基础上,具体研究影响资本结构发展的一些因素,探究在当前的经济发展形势下,房地产公司优化内部资本结构的可行性策略,对我国房地产业的整体发展有极大的现实意义。
As a capital-intensive enterprise, real estate companies usually have higher demands on the capital chain during the operation.
