利用正交试验设计制备不饱和聚酯试样,对其力学性能进行测试,得出了拉伸性能、伸长率、弹性模量与试样配比的关系,研究不饱和聚酯的优化配比。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对不饱和聚酯断裂形貌进行表征,镜面状态断裂面表明不饱和聚酯拉伸性断裂为脆性断裂。碱溶液对不饱和聚酯腐蚀性作用较强,随着碱溶液的浓度增加,腐蚀性作用增大。通过腐蚀性实验表征了不饱和聚酯渗透系数,渗透过程符合Fick定律。
The orthogonal test was used to prepare unsaturated polyester samples. The mechanical properties of the samples were tested. The relationship between tensile properties, elongation, elastic modulus and the ratio of samples was obtained. ratio. The fracture morphology of unsaturated polyester was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The mirror-state fracture surface showed that the tensile fracture of unsaturated polyester was brittle fracture. The permeability coefficient of unsaturated polyester was characterized by corrosive experiments. The infiltration process accorded with Fick’s law.
