对8090铝锂合金(8090)同种及其与镀锌钢异种板材组合的T型自冲铆接头进行了剥离试验,运用SPSS数据分析软件对接头的最大载荷进行了分析,并利用扫描电镜(SEM)对接头断口进行了观察。结果表明:镀锌钢+8090T型接头、8090+8090T型接头、8090+镀锌钢T型接头的最大载荷均值分别为2012.7、1043.9、870.5 N;镀锌钢+8090T型接头起始失效位置断口出现严重的刮擦痕迹,断面比较平坦无明显特征:8090+镀锌钢T型接头的断口形貌为撕裂棱和韧窝特征,是典型的韧性断裂。
