本文试图用历史唯物主义的观点来解决我国酿酒起源的时代问题。我国早期酿酒的特征是以 谷物为原料。而谷物是原始社会中全社会赖以生存的主要食物。把粮食作为酿酒之用,只有在农 业生产较为发达时,多余物资开始集中到少数酋长手中时,才会发生。按照我国考古学家的结 论,这种阶级分化的情况,出现于新石器时代后期的龙山文化,而未曾出现于新石器材时代前期的 仰韶文化。在酿酒问题上,强有力的证据是:陶制的盛酒容器,如尊罍之属,只有龙山文化遗存 中才有,而为仰韶遗存中所未有。因此,本文的探讨也是对某种技术观点,谓我国谷物酿酒 “在原始社会里开始有了农业之后,……必然会有”的说法,一个回答。
This article tries to solve the problem of the era of winemaking in our country from the perspective of historical materialism. The characteristics of early winemaking in our country are based on grain. The grain is the main food in the primitive society in which society as a whole lives. The use of grain as winemaking occurs only when the surplus of produce is concentrated in the hands of a few chiefs when the agricultural production is relatively advanced. According to the conclusion of our country’s archeologists, this kind of class differentiation occurred in the Longshan culture of the late Neolithic period, but not in the Yangshao culture of the early Neolithic era. There is strong evidence on the issue of winemaking: the container of pottery, such as the genus of honor, is only found in Yongsan’s cultural relics, and is unprecedented in Yangshao’s relics. Therefore, the discussion of this article is also a technical point of view, that the grain brewing in our country, “after the beginning of agriculture in the primitive society, ... ... will inevitably have” argument, an answer.
