目的了解宜昌市2008年风疹流行病学特征及原因。方法对宜昌市2008年报告的风疹病例进行流行病学分析。结果宜昌市2008年共报告风疹病例531例,报告发病率为13.08/10万,比2007年上升了3.71倍,以0～15岁低年龄人群为主,集中发生在3—5月份。结论宜昌市2008年风疹发病以学生为主,主要原因是山区县风疹疫苗接种率低。应切实做好扩大免疫规划工作,提高风疹疫苗接种率
Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics and causes of rubella in Yichang in 2008. Methods The epidemiological analysis of rubella cases reported in Yichang in 2008 was conducted. Results A total of 531 cases of rubella were reported in Yichang in 2008, with a reported incidence of 13.08 / 100 000, an increase of 3.71 times compared with that of 2007, mainly in low-age population aged 0-15 years and concentrated in March-May. Conclusion The incidence of rubella in 2008 in Yichang City is mainly of students, mainly due to the low rubella vaccination rate in mountainous counties.
