【目的】通过分析江苏省科技期刊的办刊水平与学科发展现状,促进江苏省科技期刊与学科协调发展。【方法】根据中国科学技术信息研究所2011—2015年期刊、2016年中国知网“中国国际影响力优秀学术期刊”、北京大学图书馆2014版《中文核心期刊要目总览》数据,分类分析江苏省期刊现状;根据教育部2012年学科评估结果统计江苏省优势学科,将优势学科所属单位创办的核心期刊与二级学科映射,分析江苏省学科发展现状与学科期刊办刊水平。【结果】江苏省学科以及学科期刊覆盖率为100%,自然科学类期刊主办单位以高校为主,重点高校学报100%被至少1种数据库收录,工业类期刊二级学科覆盖率为66.7%,江苏省优势学科的核心期刊覆盖率为40.5%。【结论】期刊数量与江苏省学科以及经济文化科技发展水平相当,但是核心期刊特别是国际影响力期刊数量偏少,期刊学科分布不均衡,相关优势学科和产业缺乏高水平期刊支撑,总体办刊水平有待进一步提高。
【Objective】 To promote the coordinated development of sci-tech periodicals and disciplines in Jiangsu Province by analyzing the running status of sci-tech periodicals in Jiangsu Province. 【Method】 Based on the data of 2011-2015 periodical of China Science and Technology Information Institute, 2016 CNKI, “Excellent Academic Journal of International Influences in China”, and “Key Contents of Chinese Core Journals of Peking University Library 2014” According to the result of subject assessment of Jiangsu Province in 2012, this paper analyzes the dominant disciplines in Jiangsu Province, maps the core journals and secondary disciplines founded by the subordinate units of the dominant disciplines, and analyzes the current situation of discipline development and the level of the periodicals in Jiangsu Province. 【Result】 The coverage rate of subject and subject periodical in Jiangsu Province was 100%. The sponsor of natural periodical journals was mainly colleges and universities. 100% of the key university journals were included in at least one database. The coverage of the second-level industrial journals was 66.7% Jiangsu Province, the dominant core periodical coverage rate of 40.5%. 【Conclusion】 The number of journals is comparable to the subjects of Jiangsu Province and the level of economic, cultural and technological development. However, the number of core periodicals, especially international influential periodicals, the unbalanced distribution of periodicals, the lack of high quality periodicals supported by the related disciplines and industries, Level needs to be further improved.
