为评估BAMO THF/AN的燃烧性能和明确其燃烧机理 ,计算了比冲 ,测量了燃速 ,并进行了差示热分析和温度变化测量等。明确了BAMO THF/AN推进剂的比冲、燃速和压力指数都可取与GAP/AN推进剂的近似值。BAMO THF/AN推进剂的燃烧特性主要受燃烧表面放热的影响。由燃烧时热平衡得到的表面放热量约为由差热分析得到放热量的 1/ 2。用二乙酞酸酯 (DEP)作为推进剂的增塑剂时 ,观察到不能点火和燃烧中断现象 ,用BDNPA F作为增塑剂时 ,燃速虽下降 ,但提高了燃烧连续性能。其原因可能是BDNPA F具有促进燃烧表面的放热和气相氧化反应的作用。
In order to evaluate the combustion performance of BAMO THF / AN and clarify its combustion mechanism, the specific impulse was calculated, the burning rate was measured, and the differential thermal analysis and the temperature change measurement were carried out. It is clear that the specific impulse of BAMO THF / AN propellants, both the burn rate and the pressure index, are approximate to the GAP / AN propellants. The combustion characteristics of BAMO THF / AN propellants are mainly affected by the exothermic heat of the combustion surface. The surface heat release obtained by the thermal equilibrium during combustion is about ½ of that obtained by the differential thermal analysis. When diethylene phthalate (DEP) was used as a plasticizer for the propellant, ignition failure and burning failure were observed. However, when BDNPA F was used as a plasticizer, the combustion rate was decreased but the continuous burning performance was improved. The reason may be that BDNPA F has an effect of promoting the exothermic and gas-phase oxidation reaction on the combustion surface.
