用荧光光谱法、分光光度法研究了3-环丙基卟吩f-3甲酯(Mf3-3)与转铁蛋白(Transferrin,Tf)的相互结合反应。计算了反应的表观平衡常数、结合位点数,获得了不同温度下两者结合的热力学常数,推测了二者之间的主要作用力。
The interaction between 3-cyclopropyl porphine f-3 methyl ester (Mf3-3) and transferrin (Tf) was studied by fluorescence spectroscopy and spectrophotometry. The apparent equilibrium constants and the number of binding sites were calculated. The thermodynamic constants of the two reactions were obtained at different temperatures, and the main forces between them were estimated.
