目的探索采用加权“逼近于理想值的排序方法”(TOPSIS),对艾滋病综合防治工作质量进行综合评价。方法设立考核指标,应用TOPSIS方法对河南省部分地区艾滋病防治工作质量进行综合评价。结果应用TOPSIS法,对10个地区的艾滋病综合防治工作质量进行评价,结果由高到低顺序依次为:A、B、F、CI、、E、H、D、J、G(上述字母为地区代码)。结论 TOPSIS法简单、实用,结果准确、客观,是艾滋病综合防治工作中进行综合评价的一种有效方法。
Objective To explore the method of weighting “TOPSIS ” approach to the ideal value to evaluate the comprehensive quality of HIV / AIDS prevention and treatment. Methods To establish evaluation index, TOPSIS method was used to evaluate the quality of AIDS prevention and treatment in some areas of Henan Province. Results The TOPSIS method was used to evaluate the quality of integrated HIV / AIDS prevention and treatment in 10 districts. The results were descending order: A, B, F, CI, E, H, D, J, G Code). Conclusion The TOPSIS method is simple, practical, accurate and objective, and is an effective method for comprehensive evaluation of HIV / AIDS prevention and control work.
