1994年3～5月,泗洪县以城区为中心发生了伤寒暴发、流行,确诊病人128例,大部分患者系中小学生,调查证实与县城HY食品有限公司生产的塑料袋装“雪宝”软饮料有直接的因果联系.现将有关情况报告如下:1 材料与方法对医疗单位所报告的疑似或确诊病例及时作个案调查和疫点处理.病例诊断参照卫生部下发的《传染病防治法规定管理的传染病诊断标准(试行)》.该县中医院以LPS—PHA取代肥达氏反应,以血清抗体滴度≥1:80为阳性标准.
