土源性线虫病是我国重要的公共卫生问题之一,也是一直以来威胁我国广大农村居民特别是广大儿童身体健康的重要原因。土源性线虫病,随温度带、干湿区域不同而呈不同分布。经过多年的防治,总体感染率呈明显下降趋势;该病有重复感染的特点;感染率高低与人群性别、年龄、职业密切相关。该文就我国目前流行的基本现况、危险因素和对人体健康的危害特点以及今后主要应采取的防控措施进行综述。
Soil-borne nematode disease is one of the important public health problems in our country and an important reason that has always threatened the health of the majority of rural residents, especially the vast majority of children in our country. Soil-borne nematode disease, with the temperature zone, wet and dry areas showed different distribution. After years of prevention and treatment, the overall infection rate showed a significant downward trend; the disease has the characteristics of repeated infections; the infection rate is closely related to the sex, age and occupation of the population. This article reviews the prevailing current situation, risk factors and the harm to human health in our country and the major prevention and control measures to be taken in the future.
