利用XRD、TPD、IR等实验手段对纯ZnO、纯CuO、CuO Al2 O3二组分样品、CuO ZnO二组分样品、CuO ZnO Al2 O3三组分甲醇合成催化剂进行了表征 ,这些结果及甲醇合成活性数据均表明了铜基催化剂中铜和锌组分间存在的相互作用。当Cu/Zn/Al比例一定时 ,以Zn(Ac) 2 代替Zn(NO3) 2 作原料制得的铜基甲醇催化剂 ,其锌组分更分散 ,铜、锌组分间的相互作用较强 ,活性也较高。
