基于唐口煤矿主采工作面3#煤层注水困难的问题,对2307工作面原有的注水方案和施工系统进行了改进。通过对注水点进行采样,观察其水分增量及润湿范围可得出最优的注水压力为20 MPa。通过对降尘效率的考察,得出煤层注水和喷雾降尘的联合降尘措施可以使呼吸性粉尘降尘率达80%。同时通过对矿压情况的监测,可以看出煤层注水使煤体应力得到有效控制,大大降低了2307工作面冲击的危险性,保证了2307工作面的安全回采。
Based on the problem of water injection in No.3 seam of main mining face in Tangkou Coal Mine, the original water injection scheme and construction system of 2307 face were improved. Through sampling the water injection point and observing the water increment and the wetting range, the optimal water injection pressure is 20 MPa. Through the investigation of the efficiency of dust reduction, it is concluded that the combination of water injection and spray dust reduction can reduce the dusting rate of respiratory dust to 80%. At the same time, through the monitoring of the mine pressure, it can be seen that the coal seam water injection can effectively control the coal stress, greatly reducing the danger of 2307 working face impact and ensuring the safe recovery of 2307 face.
