目的初步探讨农民工的职业紧张与抑郁的关系以及组织支持的中介作用,为降低农民工的抑郁倾向提供相关的理论依据。方法采用整群抽样的方法,抽取安徽建筑工地、民营企业899名农民工。运用职业紧张问卷、抑郁调查量表和组织支持感问卷进行测量。结果外在付出与抑郁倾向有正相关关系,回报、内在投入与抑郁倾向有负相关关系,职业紧张对抑郁倾向的解释量为35.2%,组织支持的中介作用对抑郁倾向解释量为12.1%。结论农民工的抑郁倾向为较高状况,外在付出、回报、内在投入对于抑郁倾向有良好的预测作用,组织支持在职业紧张与抑郁倾向的关系中起到中介作用。
Objective To explore the relationship between occupational stress and depression in rural migrant workers and the intermediary role of organizational support, and to provide relevant theoretical basis for reducing the depressive tendency of rural migrant workers. Methods A cluster sampling method was used to extract 899 migrant workers from Anhui construction sites and private enterprises. Using occupational stress questionnaire, depression questionnaire and organizational support questionnaire for measurement. The results showed that there was a positive correlation between external exertion and depression tendency. There was a negative correlation between returns and internal inputs and depression tendency. Occupational stress explained 35.2% of depression tendency, and organizational supportive mediation effect explained 12.1% of depressive tendency. Conclusions The depression tendency of migrant workers is high, external pay, return and internal investment have a good predictor of depression, and organizational support plays an intermediary role in the relationship between occupational stress and depression.
