以不同的溶剂超声辅助提取奶粉和豆制品中的磷,并以电感耦合等离子体-发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定其中的磷,初步实现对奶粉和大豆制品中磷形态的分析。对影响提取效率的各种因素进行了考察和优化,如提取溶剂的选择、提取溶剂的体积以及提取时间等。在最优化的条件下,方法对磷的检出限为0.11mg/L,线性范围为0.50—100mg/L,3种形态磷的检测重现性分别为5.5%、1.6%和2.3%。采用所建立的方法对市售的奶粉和豆制品中不同形态的磷进行了分析测定,加标回收实验结果满意。
The phospholipids in milk powder and soy products were extracted with different solvents and analyzed by inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES) to determine the phosphorus forms in milk powder and soy products. Factors affecting the extraction efficiency were investigated and optimized, such as the choice of solvent extraction, solvent extraction and extraction time. Under the optimal conditions, the detection limit of phosphorus was 0.11 mg / L and the linear range was 0.50-100 mg / L. The detection reproducibility of the three forms of phosphorus were 5.5%, 1.6% and 2.3% respectively. The established method was used to analyze and measure the different forms of phosphorus in milk powder and soy products. The results of spike recovery experiments were satisfactory.
