用 1mol/L NaOH 溶液造成兔角膜碱烧伤模型。用荧光标记刀豆球蛋白(ConA-FTTC)和荧光标记麦胚凝集素(WGA-FTTC)为探针,对碱烧伤后第1,3,7和14天角膜组织的复合糖进行组织化学研究。结果表明:角膜烧伤后,与这两类凝聚素反应的复合糖数量减少。第7天后这两类复合糖的数量逐渐增多,以至超过正常角膜中的含量。这种变化和创伤的恢复呈现平行关系。眼科学报 1993;9:98-102。
Rabbit corneal alkali burn model was induced by 1mol / L NaOH solution. Histochemistry was performed on the 1st, 3rd, 7th and 14th day after alkali burn with probe labeled ConA-FTTC and WGA-FTTC . The results showed that after corneal burn, the number of complex carbohydrates reacted with these two types of agglutinin decreased. The amount of these two types of complex carbohydrates increased gradually after day 7, exceeding the normal corneal content. This change is in parallel with the recovery of the trauma.
