高校辅导员工作是一种高情绪劳动强度的工作,情绪劳动带来的负面影响会影响辅导员的工作效率和身心健康。本研究运用问卷调查法和访谈法分析了高校辅导员情绪劳动的现状。结果发现,辅导员情绪劳动强度处于较高水平;相比较表层扮演这一情绪劳动策略,辅导员作情绪劳动时更多地使用深层扮演的策略;不同工作年限的辅导员对情绪劳动策略的运用情况不同。在实证研究结论的基础上,本研究从个体与组织两个视角提出了应对情绪劳动所致的负面影响的管理对策,希望能帮助辅导员更好地驾驭情绪,以提高工作绩效,保持身心健康。
College counselors work is a work of high emotional labor intensity, the negative impact of emotional labor will affect the counselors work efficiency and physical and mental health. In this study, the status quo of college counselors’ emotional labor was analyzed by questionnaire and interviews. The results showed that counselors had a high level of emotional labor intensity. Compared with the surface play the emotional labor strategy, counselors use more strategies for emotional work; counselors with different working years make use of emotional labor strategies The situation is different. Based on the conclusion of the empirical study, this study proposes management strategies to deal with the negative effects caused by emotional labor from two perspectives of individuals and organizations, hoping to help counselors to better control their emotions so as to improve their work performance and maintain their physical and mental health .
