利用常压气体作为流动介质,以流出系数平均相对误差、线性度和不确定度为评价指标,通过实流实验,研究上游组合管件对孔板流量计测量性能的影响。根据不同的上游阻流件对孔板流量计测量精度的影响进行了实流实验研究。根据实验结果,为保证相对误差在可接受范围,给出对于不同形式的上游组合管件孔板流量计对前直管段长度的建议。
Using atmospheric gas as the flow medium, the average relative error, linearity and uncertainty of effluent coefficient were used as evaluation indexes to study the influence of the upstream pipe fittings on the measurement performance of the orifice flowmeter. According to the influence of different upstream baffles on the measurement accuracy of the orifice flowmeter, a real-time experimental study was carried out. According to the experimental results, to ensure that the relative error is within the acceptable range, a suggestion is given for the different lengths of the upstream combined pipe orifice meter to the straight pipe section.
