清华大学人类有望饿死癌细胞近日,清华大学医学院颜宁教授研究组首次解析了人源葡萄糖转运蛋白GLUT1的晶体结构,初步揭示了其工作机制及相关疾病的致病机理。转运蛋白GLUT1是重要的葡萄糖转运蛋白。如能研究清楚转运蛋白GLUT1的组成和工作机理,就有可能实现人工干预葡萄糖转运,阻断对癌细胞的葡萄糖供应,从而达到抑制癌细胞生长的目标。
