目的　讨论治疗重度先天性上睑下垂的最佳手术方式。方法　总结 1999年 4月至 2 0 0 2年 4月 12例重度先天性上睑下垂采取提上睑肌腱膜瓣 额肌吻合术手术疗效。结果　 12例 (13眼 )上睑高度恢复正常 ,睑缘弧度自然 ,无上睑内翻或外翻 ,无睑闭合不全。结论　提上睑肌腱瓣膜 额肌吻合术为治疗重度先天性上睑下垂的最佳手术方式。 Objective To discuss the best surgical procedure for the treatment of severe congenital blepharoptosis. Methods From April 1999 to April 2002, 12 cases of severe congenital ptosis were treated with frontal muscle anastomosis and anastomosis. Results In 12 cases (13 eyes), the height of upper eyelid returned to normal, the curvature of eyelid was natural, and no upper eyelid or valgus was eyelid. Eyelid closure was incomplete. Conclusion The levator tendon flap frontal muscle anastomosis is the best surgical treatment for severe congenital blepharoptosis.
