介绍了自身预热式Ⅰ型辐射管烧嘴的基本结构与工作原理,采用燃烧实验方法研究自身预热式Ⅰ型辐射管烧嘴,得到了烧嘴的点火性能曲线;对辐射管表面温度均匀性进行了分析,对烧嘴卷吸回流结构对NOx排放的抑制作用进行了研究,得到了不同负荷下空气预热温度、排烟温度及各测点炉膛温度的变化,为该类型烧嘴的工程实际应用提供了良好的调试依据。
The basic structure and working principle of self-heating type Ⅰ radiant tube burner are introduced. The self-heating type Ⅰ radiant tube burner is studied by combustion experiment method, and the ignition performance curve of the burner is obtained. The paper analyzes the inhibitory effect of burner recuperation structure on NOx emission and obtains the change of air preheating temperature, exhaust gas temperature and furnace hearth temperature under different loads, Engineering practical application provides a good basis for debugging.
