提出了四环素与钴离子络合反应测定四环素的新方法 ,线性范围为 0 .8～ 2 5μg/m L,ε=1 .33× 1 0 4 L· mol-1·cm-1,回收率为 97.8%～ 1 0 1 .5%。方法已用于制剂中四环素的测定。
A new method for the determination of tetracycline by complexing tetracycline and cobalt ions was proposed. The linear range was 0.8-8.5 μg / m L and ε = 1.33 × 104 L · mol-1 · cm-1. The recoveries were 97.8% ~ 1 0 1 .5%. The method has been used for the determination of tetracycline in preparations.
