目的:探讨穴位埋线加东莨胆碱治疗对吗啡依赖大鼠十二指肠胃泌素(Gas)、生长抑素(SS)免疫反应(IR)细胞的影响。方法:将大鼠大鼠随机分为正常组、自然戒断组(简称戒断组)、东莨菪碱治疗组(简称西药组)、穴位埋线治疗组(简称穴位埋线组)及穴位埋线加东莨菪碱治疗组(简称穴位埋线加西药组)。经腹腔注射盐酸吗啡建立吗啡依赖大鼠模型,采用不同的方法干预,观察戒断症状,分别于干预后7 d和14 d处死取材,观察十二指肠黏膜Gas和SS-IR形态特点,并比较各组十二指肠组织匀浆中Gas和SS的含量。结果:吗啡依赖大鼠戒断症状明显,其十二指肠黏膜Gas和SS-IR细胞数量明显增加(P<0.05),组织匀浆中Gas和SS含量明显增加(P<0.01);治疗7 d后,穴位埋线加西药组各指标明显改善,与正常组无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗时间延长至14 d,西药组与穴位埋线组各项指标与正常组接近(P>0.05)。结论:西药治疗与穴位埋线治疗对吗啡依赖所致大鼠的戒断症状及十二指肠分泌Gas和SS的功能均有逆转作用,两种方法结合可缩短治疗时间,治疗效果更佳。
Objective: To investigate the effects of catgut embedding and scopolamine treatment on duodenum gastrin and somatostatin (SS) immunoreactive (IR) cells in morphine dependent rats. Methods: The rats were randomly divided into normal group, natural withdrawal group (abstinence group), scopolamine treatment group (western medicine group), catgut embedding treatment group (acupoint embedding group) and catgut embedding Scopolamine treatment group (acupoint catgut embedding plus Western medicine group). Morphine-dependent rats were established by intraperitoneal injection of morphine hydrochloride, and the withdrawal symptoms were observed by different methods. The morphological features of gas and SS-IR of duodenal mucosa were observed after 7 and 14 days of intervention respectively The contents of Gas and SS in the duodenal homogenate of each group were compared. Results: The withdrawal symptoms of morphine-dependent rats were obvious, the numbers of Gas and SS-IR cells in duodenal mucosa significantly increased (P <0.05), and the content of Gas and SS in the tissue homogenate increased significantly (P <0.01) After d, the indexes of catgut embedding and western medicine group were significantly improved (P> 0.05), and the treatment time was prolonged to 14 days. The indexes of western medicine group and acupoint catgut embedding group were similar to those of normal group (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Western medicine and acupoint catgut embedding treatment can reverse the withdrawal symptoms of morphine-dependent rats and the secretion of Gas and SS from duodenum. The combination of the two methods can shorten the treatment time, and the treatment effect is better.
