研究不同施氮量和留叶数对烤烟K326碳代谢和产质量的影响,施氮量3个水平(4kg/667m2,8kg/667m2和12kg/667m2),留叶数3个水平(14片/株、18片/株和22片/株),两因素采用裂区设计,共有9个处理.研究表明,施氮量对碳代谢关键酶淀粉酶和蔗糖磷酸合成酶活力影响都达到显著水平,留叶数对蔗糖磷酸合成酶影响达到极显著水平,两者交互作用对蔗糖磷酸合成酶活力达到极显著水平.化学成分方面,在施氮量为4kg/667m2~8kg/667m2、留叶数为14~18片/株变化显著,在高氮水平和高留叶数水平时变化不显著.施氮量为8kg/667m2,留叶数为18~22片/株的处理田间长势和上等烟率均高,经济效益最好.
The effects of different nitrogen application rates and leaf numbers on the carbon metabolism and yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco K326 were studied. Three nitrogen application rates (4kg / 667m2, 8kg / 667m2 and 12kg / 667m2) 18 plants per plant and 22 plants per plant), and the two factors were designed by split zone, and there were 9 treatments in total.The results showed that nitrogen application had a significant effect on the activities of key enzyme amylase and sucrose phosphate synthase, The effect of leaf number on sucrose phosphate synthase reached a very significant level, and the interaction between the two had a very significant level on the activity of sucrose phosphate synthase.In terms of chemical composition, when the amount of nitrogen applied was 4kg / 667m2 ~ 8kg / 667m2, 14 ~ 18 plants / plant change significantly, at high levels of nitrogen and leaf number remained unchanged.Nitrogen application rate of 8kg / 667m2, leaf number of leaves for the leaves of 18 ~ 22 / plant growth and superior tobacco Rate is high, the best economic benefits.
