目的建立使用动态反应池技术消除质谱干扰的电感耦合等离子体质谱法,直接测定酱油中的砷和铅。方法样品经1%硝酸(v/v)稀释20倍后直接利用ICP-MS进行分析,采用校正方程、在线内标法及反应池技术校正干扰。结果该方法能有效地消除谱线干扰、基体干扰和物理干扰等。使用CH4反应气时等价背景浓度As为1.40μg/L、Pb为2.27μg/L,精密度优于3.2%,用加标回收考察准确性,As、Pb的回收率分别为98.7%~102.8%和98.6%~103.1%。结论该方法简便、快速、准确,完全能够满足检测酱油中砷、铅的要求。
Objective To establish an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (LC-MS / MS) method using dynamic reaction cell technology to eliminate mass spectrometry interference and directly determine arsenic and lead in soy sauce. Methods Samples were diluted 20-fold with 1% nitric acid (v / v) and analyzed directly by ICP-MS using calibration equations, online internal standard methods, and reaction cell techniques to correct for interference. Results The method can effectively eliminate spectral line interference, matrix interference and physical interference. The equivalent background concentration of As was 1.40μg / L, Pb was 2.27μg / L and the precision was better than 3.2% when the CH4 gas was used. The recoveries of As and Pb were 98.7% ~ 102.8 % And 98.6% ~ 103.1%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate, which can fully meet the requirements of detecting arsenic and lead in soy sauce.
