从1100铝合金的不同状态,分析了该材料的力学性能与金相组织,以及电容器外壳失效的原因。结果表明,改进冷挤工艺,提高胚料退火有效性,可减少品质不良与模具的非正常失效。
From the different states of 1100 aluminum alloy, the mechanical properties and microstructure of the material were analyzed, and the causes of failure of the capacitor shell were analyzed. The results show that the improvement of cold extrusion technology to improve the effectiveness of billet annealing can reduce the quality of the mold and the abnormal failure.
