对目前大兴区再生水灌区建设现状进行系统分析认为,灌区存在再生水水源供水保障率低、田间工程不配套、灌区水资源管理与监测信息化水平不高、现有的管理模式和机制有待完善等问题,提出了“十二五”期间大兴区再生水灌区发展建设的总体思路和具体目标,积极推进灌区部分河道与干渠的整治工程、田间配套工程与再生水灌区管理信息化建设等3项工程建设;同时应扩大农业用再生水比例,增加再生水灌溉面积,提高再生水灌区水资源保障水平,实现灌区再生水的安全、高效与科学利用。
