原发性皮肤间变大细胞淋巴瘤是间变大细胞性淋巴瘤的一种罕见类型,多见于50岁以上成年男性,临床上多以四肢单发或多发的实性结节、斑块和(或)肿块为首发表现,严重时可破溃形成溃疡,部分病损可自行消退;对于不能自愈而病灶局限者多选择手术切除或局部放疗;累及全身皮肤或皮肤以外者,多采用单药或联合化疗方案,其5~10年缓解率约90%以上,预后较好。全文就原发性皮肤间变大细胞淋巴瘤治疗进展进行综述。
Primary cutaneous large cell lymphoma is a rare type of anaplastic large cell lymphoma, more common in adults over the age of 50, mostly clinically single or multiple extremities of solid nodules, plaques and (Or) lumps as the first performance, severe ulceration can form ulceration, some lesions can be resolved on their own; for those who can not be self-healing lesions and more choice of surgical resection or local radiotherapy; involving the whole body or skin, those who use more than a single Drug or combination chemotherapy, 5 to 10 years, the remission rate of about 90%, the prognosis is good. The article reviews the progress of treatment of primary cutaneous large cell lymphoma.
