以学术文献为基础,并与训练中的实际情况相结合,探讨了中长跑训练后运动疲劳的判定、运动疲劳的产生原因、机体全面恢复等,并探讨了其恢复的手段。同时阐述了运动性疲劳的产生机制及消除疲劳的有效方法,以期对教学和训练发挥一定的参考作用。
Based on the academic literature and combined with the actual situation in the training, the paper discusses the determination of the sports fatigue, the causes of the sports fatigue and the complete recovery of the body after the middle and long-distance running training, and discusses the means of recovery. At the same time, the mechanism of exercise fatigue and the effective method of eliminating fatigue are expounded in the hope of playing a reference role in teaching and training.
