在我院安置心脏起搏器的随访病人中,共抽取了20例进行分级极量蹬车运动试验,其中男性12例,女性8例,年龄23~75(平均46)岁。心律失常类型:完全性或莫氏Ⅱ型房室传导阻滞15例;病窦综合征5例(其中慢—快综合征1例)。安装起搏器时间最短一个月,最长12年。使用XCQ—1型心功能运动试验器,女性以25W、50W、75W……递增负荷量;男性以50W、100W、150W……递增负荷量进行试验。每级负荷运动3分钟,运动的终点为力竭(表示极量运动),运动中持续心电监护。结果显示最大运动量为50W者3例、75W5例、100W8例、150W4例。年老运动耐量小;女性较男性运动耐量小;心功能差的运动耐量小;房室传导阻滞者比病窦综合征者运动耐量小,平日经常参加体
Among the follow-up patients with pacemakers in our hospital, a total of 20 patients were enrolled in the treadmill test, including 12 males and 8 females, ranging in age from 23 to 75 (average 46 years). Arrhythmia type: Completeness or Mohs Ⅱ type of atrioventricular block in 15 cases; sick sinus syndrome in 5 cases (including 1 case of slow - fast syndrome). Pacemaker installation time of at least one month, up to 12 years.
