一辆GJ-12型运输车,油底壳机油油面突然升高,机油变为灰白色,拆检气缸盖及气缸垫没有发现问题。更换新机油工作一天后,机油又变色,疑是气缸水封环渗漏,重新更换水封环及机油后,故障并没有排除。机油中的水是从哪里来的?经查,原来水箱底部的一个紧固螺栓松动(此处原是安装吊环螺栓的),冷却水顺着松动的螺栓空隙渗漏到机体中,落入油底壳,在螺栓头与水箱的接触面加一防漏垫片,并在螺纹处涂上一层漆。拧紧后机油中不再有渗水现象。
