汽车行业的快速发展使得行业内对汽车维修人才的需求急速加大。为满足中职汽车运用与维修专业毕业生就业岗位的需要,对本专业课程的改革势在必行。本文通过对本地区汽车企业及广州市增城区职业技术学校汽车运用与维修专业毕业生就业岗位的调研、分析,阐述了以就业为导向并为社会培养胜任汽车行业工作岗位所需人才的一些思考。
The rapid growth in the automotive industry has led to a rapid increase in the demand for automotive maintenance personnel in the industry. In order to meet the needs of employment and maintenance of secondary vocational and technical graduates, the reform of this specialized curriculum is imperative. In this paper, through the research and analysis of the employment status of automobile enterprises in Guangdong Zengcheng Vocational and Technical College and the employment of automobile graduates in Guangzhou Zengcheng Polytechnic, this article elaborates some thoughts on taking employment as the orientation and cultivating talents for the society in the automotive industry.
