The serious backlog of coal enterprise products, increased number of laid-off workers, low economic benefits, and extremely difficult operating conditions have become prominent problems in China’s economic operations. The crux of these problems is mainly due to the fact that the low level of repeated construction is serious, there is a structural surplus in production capacity, the overall quality of the enterprise is low, and there is insufficient market capacity. Therefore, adapting to market demand and accelerating industrial restructuring have become strategic tasks for the development of coal companies. I.
