混凝土泵车臂架充分展开作业时产生的振动,会对整车的稳定性和安全性带来不利影响。传统减振器的被动减振不能根据实际工况对其阻尼进行随时调节,当外界条件和激振源发生动态变化时,其减振效果将明显降低。磁流变液减振器作为一种新兴的智能减振产品,具有较强的耗能减振特性,能达到较好的主动减振效果,可提高臂架稳定性,并使臂架进一步加长成为可能。
