兴山县档案局自1988年实行内设各股、“分灶吃饭”以来,档案工作有了较快发展。这个仅18万人口的小县近3年来各门类档案增加了77532卷(盒),平均每年达25000多卷(盒),比立卷最多的1986年增加了35.1%。到去年年底,已有19个企业、6个机关共25个单位的档案管理升为省级先进,受到省、地业务主管部门的好评。大家在实际工作中体会到,抓好档案工作,业务指导是关键;而抓好基层的档案工作,业务指导又必须走一条适宜“走基层”的途径。
Xingshan County Archives since the implementation of the internal unit in 1988, “file to eat ”, the file has a rapid development. This small county with a population of 180,000 has added 75,752 volumes (boxes) of various categories in nearly three years, averaging more than 25,000 volumes (boxes) a year, an increase of 35.1% over 1986, the largest volume. By the end of last year, archives management of 19 enterprises and 25 agencies of 6 agencies has been upgraded to provincial level and praised by provincial and prefectural competent departments. As we all understand in practical work, it is crucial to do a good job in archives work and business guidance. To grasp well the work of archives at the grassroots level, we must also take a proper approach to “walk the grassroots level” for business guidance.
